Wonderful
Excellent location, free parking on the streets outside hotel and short walk into the town. Small play park and supermarket close to hotel were also a bonus! Comfortable bed and travel cot for our toddler.

Good but with some things to improve
Calm location next to transports (bus) where you can get to the train stations fairly quickly if you plan to visit Madrid. Quick check-in (24 hours) and pleasant staff Breakfast - Fairly standard for nowadays with a good variety. Missed the beans but other than that everything was fresh and tasty Parking - Hotel parking is quite expensive although around the area you can find a spot fairly quickly. We parked outside during our stay and had no issues.
Door between rooms - There was a door between rooms and the sounds isolation between them wasn't great since I could hear the TV next door. It wasn't that big of an issue for us since we knew the guests next door but still something to consider if you are going to book. Bathroom - Really dark bathroom with limited light and in need or some minor repairs (some holes and silicon needs to be replaced). In addition, there was only one place to hang the towels (taking in consideration that their policy is to swap the towels if they are in the bathtub this is not the greatest of the ideas to save water). On one of the days we were left with only a towel as well

Good
Very central with easy parking in the neighbourhood.
Pity there was no kettle and lacks plugs near bed for charging. AC kept turning off in the minoring.

What was the highlight of PCM Forum Alcalá
Would definitely consider staying again if returning to Alcala
Good location for what was needed. Very comfy bed, Aircon was great. Shower was good.
WiFi was frustrating as every other day or so it kept signing me out. Bathroom was good but maybe needed some maintenance (grouting around bath/shower was coming undone, and the sink felt a bit wobbly). Should stress these didn't undermine the quality of the stay.
